Damaged Packaging in Transit: If the outer packaging or the perfume bottle itself is visibly broken, cracked, or leaking upon arrival.
Handling Issues During Shipment: If the product is unusable due to seve is handling by the courier (e.g., product is soaked, missing due to a package breach).
Immediate Notification: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery time noted on your tracking information.

Resolution: Once we verify the damage, we will offer you a full refund or a complimentary replacement to be shipped immediately (basis choice), ensuring your complete satisfaction.
If you need to cancel your order after placing it, the following policy applies:
80% Refund Policy: If you cancel your order before it enters the final shipping phase, we will issue a refund equivalent to 80% of the total purchase price.
The remaining 20% is retained to cover immediate processing, packaging, and transaction costs incurred upon order placement.
