Fast & Reliable Delivery Commitment

 7-Day Delivery Goal: We commit to a maximum delivery time of 7 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe applies to standard shipping within -PAN India

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Tracking & Transparency

Complete Tracking Provided: We believe in full transparency for your order status.

 Immediate Tracking IDs: As soon as your order ships, we will immediately send you an email containing your Order ID and the Tracking ID for the assigned courier.

Policy on Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement. ‘Order Shipped’ notification).

Cancellation Fee (20% Cut): Due to immediate processing and packaging costs, all cancelled orders will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total order value. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-4 days.

Damage Protection & Replacement Guarantee

Packaging Damage Replacement: We guarantee that your perfume will arrive in perfect condition.

Free Replacement: If the packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival and the product inside is broken or leaking, we will provide a free replacement of the damaged item.

How to Claim: To initiate a replacement, you must send a photo of the damaged packaging and product to our email address.

For international shipping we will take days to confirm the order before dispatch depending on the country & overseas shipment rules.
